I don't believe that the frequencies that SHA FM got cannot cover a substantial area in the country. Ofcourse there are some areas where this frequency mixup is creating issues. But they have got some good frequencies cover 80% of the country.

Rangiri TV is from Karagahatenna because their main transmitting tower is situated in that Mountain and they will initially cover the North, East, North Central, North Western & some parts of the Central provinces.

it was a isura fm (past) i think they are going to relaunch under maharaja company
what ever the radion station started, the issue is the coverage. there are only four private radio station which we can listen from anywhere of the country. they are Sirasa, Hiru Shree & Neth. All other channel do not have adequate coverage. Sometimes the Siyatha is bit good than other channels but it also have problems.

tested from anuradhapura,and trinco ,signal not powerful,according to the details ,still they not fully opened there transmitter power,still testing !!

Rangiri Srilanka channel is not viewable in Western Province
looks like CSN transmitters are placed in ITN transmitting towers as they have some links in doing the channel. Therefore it may be very clear to most of the areas where transmitter are putup. We all know ITN is having the best coverage in Srilanka and it can be viewed from any part of the country. In future, CSN may telecast all the cricket matches palyed in overseas by Srilanka.
CSN has started Islandwide Trans mission. Colombo UHF - CH 22,Karagahatenna UHF - CH 32,Ensalwatte UHF - CH 28,Nayabedda UHF - CH 30,Kokavil UHF - CH 29,Jaffna UHF - CH 30 and Piduruthalagala UHF - CH 47 .
How did they get approval for Piduruthalagala. Are they broadcasting from SLRC tower or from a new one. Because there are only two towers in Piduruthalagala. One is owned by Civil Aviation authority (Radar) & other one is SLRC tower.

Same thing i would like to know - how did they get approval for Piduruthalagala. Over the years many stations have tried to get approval to put up transmitters there, but they were denied due to security reasons i think. Even ITN does not have a tower there.
I don't know how did they got the approval for a transmission from piduruthalagala.But these frequencies were published on a newspaper advertisement by CSN.

Colombo CSN and Other CSN are broadcasting different programs. Colombo CSN is not working now.
Rangiri Sri Lanka in UHF 47 from Gammaduwa(Matale).But They haven,t good pictures yet.Rupavahini from UHF 47 is not transmitted now from Riverston.We have never watch Rupavahini in our aria.But.ITN,TNL,Sirasa Tv,Sakthi TV,TV Derana,Siyatha Tv,Swanavahini are crystal clear..In addition to we have watched Tv Lanka in the aria.We can watch Rangiri Sri Lanka Rupavahini.But not clear picture yet

transmission is bit weak. Transmitting station is unknown may be transmitting from Yathiyanthota..
