SLT providing phone services to LTTE Tv Channel

Sri Lanka Telecom is providing phone services to the LTTE Television Station according to reports that we are getting. The number is supposed to be 021-2285879 and is said to be being displayed as the contact number for the channel. People who have FTA receivers who curiously tuned into this channel have seen this. We are unable to obtain independant confirmation of this.

CBNsat was closed down by B.A.C Abeywardena-Chairman TV Lanka and Lakshman Hullugalle-Chairman SATnet and Media Secretary for Media Centre for National Security who applied pressure on the authorities to falsely accuse CBNsat of transmitting the LTTE Channel and close them down to gain an unfair business advantage.

But they are all hush hush when a government and private owned telephone operator is providing telephone links to banned terrorists.

Now isn't that a threat to National Security.

Mr. President we appeal to you to remove with immediate effect the Media Secretary of the MCNS since he is also the dealer of a Indian Cable tv company and there is a conflict of interest in his business and his state job since he can class any of his competitors as threats to National Security. It will be greatly appreciated if you could stop listening to the advice of B.A.C Abeywardena who is trying to take over CBNsat and LBN in order to improve his business and all what these two figures are doing, are damaging your public image.

The real threats to National Security are B.A.C Abeywardena, Lakshman Hullugalle and their political stooges. Please remove them from their respective posts.

Good evening good people of MY country. I have decided to blog since I am not doing anything these days. I have people to do all things possible. Right now my hony sec pissadasa is taking a piss for me in the royal bathroom. Back to issues at hand, LTTE are good people, I like sending them gifts now and then, I deliver them with my Mall-T-barrel and Kafirs. Any way this phone number is in fact a a parallel extension to Prabhas bedroom as well. But he is only available at night between 10pm and 4am. Please give me a name list of all the polititians etc who are my traitors so I can sack them immediately. Thank you for your concern about my image. I look pretty good as far as I know. Thank you.

It's truly shocking and disgusting that a responsible firm like SLT providing tp services to LTTE TV channel.

And about Srilakvahini, I had a email from Mr. Roahn Welivita (Chairman) mentioning that 'Srilakvahini' will commence their transmissions in UK (& some parts of Europe) via YAMAL Sat - 49 East, Freq:3636 from 6th October as a FTA channel. I think TV Lanka uses the same satellite, but their channels are encrypted. Not sure about their foreign packages.. but if you are smart enough you can get it from DishTV/TATA SKY lot cheaper than ShitNET... well worth a try.

Good news - Nice to see a TV-channel like NTT - Tamil TV of Tamil Eelam.

The Tigers are doing this TV-station very good... Programmes produced in a very good quality, and also nice to see that you can view the channel on satellite in Asia and Europe - really cool!

LTTEs' are provided by a TV channel service is an important news but i don't understand how a responsible TV network provide service to them? Regarding any important services about dish TV you may consider Dish Network which I found very interesting.
